Sinoma Nigeria Company Ltd., Is a Chinese Construction Company located in Kuje District of Abuja.

We are looking to recruit a Live-In Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties, to keep our building and facility in a clean and orderly condition.

Due to the COVID-19, and in our efforts to curtail the spread of the virus, this job role comes with an Air-conditioned self-contained apartment.

In addition to the Salary, we have provisions for a supplementary feeding allowance which is given monthly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning vents, restroom, etc)
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience as a Cleaner
• Ability to handle & operate cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity
• Ability to communicate fluently
• High school degree

AGE: 20 - 25 years

As a driver, your responsibilities include but are not limited to arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions.

To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Pick up and drop our staff from one point to the other
• Airport Shuttle
• Assist staff with loading and unloading their luggage
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Be able to guide our staff and answer questions about the area and local places of interest
• Ensure the car and its seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
