    Digital Marketer

    Location: Ikate, Lagos 

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a strategic and innovative Digital Marketer who can drive our online presence and strengthen customer engagement.
    • You will be responsible for creating and executing digital campaigns across social media, search, email, and other platforms to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and improve customer retention - while conveying the values of urgency, reliability, and trust in every interaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute digital campaigns that enhance brand storytelling and user engagement.
    • Plan, create, and optimize content for multiple channels (social media, email, web, and paid ads) to promote ResQ-X services.
    • Develop strategies to increase online visibility, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
    • Translate complex service offerings (e.g., towing, fuel delivery, jump-starts) into clear, impactful marketing messages.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms in line with ResQ-X’s identity.
    • Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy to keep ResQ-X’s campaigns modern and competitive.
    • Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and deliver measurable results within deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a tech, mobility, or service-driven industry.
    • Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital campaigns that drive engagement and measurable results.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent).
    • Strong understanding of social media management, content strategy, and online customer engagement.
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.
    • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and UI/UX principles is desirable.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent storytelling ability through digital content and campaigns.
    • Creativity and innovation in translating ideas into impactful marketing strategies.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects under tight deadlines.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, product, and operations teams.
    • Adaptability to evolving brand guidelines, market trends, and campaign needs.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving measurable results and impactful user engagement.

    Salary
    N250,000 per month.

    Multimedia Designer

    Job Summary

    • We seek a creative Multimedia Designer skilled in both static and motion graphics to strengthen our brand, marketing, and user experience.
    • You will create visuals that highlight urgency, reliability, and trust while keeping the brand approachable and user-friendly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design motion and static graphics (ads, reels, social posts, infographics, print).
    • Translate roadside assistance services into clear, engaging visuals.
    • Ensure consistency with brand identity across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive user engagement.
    • Stay current with design trends and deliver projects on time.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Multimedia/Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Figma, and animation tools.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing design; UI/UX knowledge is a plus.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong eye for design, typography, and motion storytelling.
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt designs for web, mobile, social, and print.

    Salary
    N250,000 Monthly.
