You will work closely with Sales Directors to identify, approach, and win over businesses with cross-border payment needs, ensuring they onboard quickly and begin transacting. Success means going out daily to physically engage prospective clients, understanding customer pain points, and turning prospects into loyal customers through personalized selling.
Duties/Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage businesses of all sizes, especially SMEs and mid-sized companies, to onboard them as customers.
Pitch and close deals actively, using your persuasion skills and product knowledge to grow transaction volumes.
Serve as the organization's trusted local sales representative, visit clients regularly, build relationships, and tailor solutions for their FX payment needs.
Generate leads, conduct face-to-face meetings, and drive onboarding and first transactions rapidly.
Understand client needs, competitor offerings, and market trends to adapt your sales approach dynamically.
Collaborate with Sales Directors, Compliance, and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding and ongoing client support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales outcomes in CRM systems and report progress consistently.
Travel frequently within assigned territories to maximize coverage and build a strong local presence.
Requirements
1–3 years in B2B sales, field sales, financial services, or related roles (experience in payments or banking is a plus).
Strong understanding of cross-border payments and FX transaction processes.
Proven hunter mentality, self-motivated, resilient, persistent, and driven by sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Strong ownership mentality and does not take no for an answer.
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently deliver measurable results - with a focus on outcomes rather than activity reporting.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and motivating a team of field Sales Associates on the ground, ensuring consistent achievement of both individual and team sales targets. This is a hybrid role with leadership and direct sales accountability—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments and leads by example.
Duties/Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Associates, providing coaching, training, and daily support to maximize their effectiveness.
Set clear sales targets for the team and yourself, tracking performance and ensuring goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Collaborate with senior management to design and execute territory sales strategies, go-to-market campaigns, and incentive plans.
Generate personal sales by identifying high-potential prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing deals—especially with key or strategic accounts.
Monitor and analyze field activities, market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and proactively address challenges.
Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture through motivation, accountability, recognition, and continuous skill development.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Associates as needed.
Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and solution delivery for clients.
Disciplined utilisation of our CRM to prepare and deliver regular reports on team and individual performance, pipeline health, win/loss analysis, and market insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with at least 1 year in a team lead, supervisory, or management role.
Experience within payments, financial services, or related sectors, especially with SMEs and enterprise corporates.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
