Job Description

• Use social media tools to improve communication with our group's audience / community.
• Contribute to the development of our social media strategy and implement actions.
• Monitors and analyzes comments and conversations on our social media sites and on other platforms looking for opportunities for engagement. Coordinates with colleagues for appropriate actions.
• Recommends how to respond to complicated and sensitive social media inquiries and issues and reviews them with management.
• Work with marketing team to source, create, edit, and post content on social media sites including youtube.
• Retrieves and interprets analytics, and reports on the performance of the group's social media communications tools.

Responsibilities
The tasks include:

• Help implement marketing strategies
• Organize and attend marketing activities/events to raise brand awareness
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree qualification
• Track record as marketing officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Solid understanding of social media and web analytics
• Superb organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Ability to create own graphic designs is a plus.
