We are presently looking for a candidate with a high level of technical expertise with Wireline Logging as well as Sales or Business Development experience to take on a fantastic opportunity with an Oilfield company located in Nigeria with its HQ in Lagos. Such candidate must have worked for large International service companies.

Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, positioning and leading efforts to secure and grow Sales and Market share for our client. They will work closely with management & operations to give effective delivery of my client’s oilfield services.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts.
• Identify account activity information and sales opportunities.
• Deliver service & Commercial proposals to the customer and close sales to increase market share and profitability.
• Establish strategy to effectively cover and support existing customers and to continue to increase customer portfolio and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients to help them select the appropriate technology to provide the desired results.
• Continually monitor market, competition and customer specific strategic and operational factors to ensure that current, reliable market intelligence is available to support business decisions.
• Meet or exceed Sales and Profitability targets for the account.
• Manage existing upstream sales team including the Miri
• Develop client base for business in the exploration / development drilling and well intervention markets. 
• Work with OEM partners to accomplish identified sales goals
• Identify & establish new clients/business
• Provide Pre-Sales & After Sales support to clients
• Negotiating tender and contract terms & conditions
• Review cost & sales performances
• Writing Sales & Marketing reports

Mandatory experience:

• Wireline logging (production logging/ perforation/ pipe recovery)
• Slickline or coil tubing is a plus but not mandatory
• 5 years min experience
• First degree in Engineering or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations activities within the set Company’s Core Values, safety leadership, and standard operating procedures
• Manage Operations organization up to front line employees
• Achieve Logging operations targets
• Supervise Field Service Managers in all locations, and ensure their performance is aligned with the Company’s Core Values and targets
• Liaise closely with clients, provide advisory & technical support
• Submit operations activities reports to management
• Analyze records of Logging department safety, financial, operations and KPI indicators
• Take corrective strategic actions to improve overall operations performance
• Optimize cost through proper Asset Management, inventory turnover, equipment and consumable orders
• Establish and evaluate company’s new recruits and trainee program
• Assist in developing the company’s strategy formulation and business plan
• Resolve conflicts and appraise employees performance

An international training provider requires a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist from a well-known and established multi-national organization.

Responsibilities

• Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.
• Planning, developing and executing of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
• Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams.
• Leading ongoing management of digital touchpoints, including company website (home page and top level sections), social networking landing pages, and mobile.
• Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production as well as campaign budgets and schedule.
• Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.

Desired Qualification and Experience

• Min.5 years’ experience of digital marketing in a WELL KNOWN MULTI-NATIONAL ORGANIZATION
• First degree or diploma in Graphics related field

Desired Skills

• Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
• Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must
• Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites, and social media applications
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data
• Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Frame maker, Dream Weaver, HTML, HTML5, CSS
