    Insurance Manager

    Responsibility :

    • Develop and implement insurance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficient and effective management Of the insurance unit.
    • Review and analyze insurance coverage, recommending changes and improvements to ensure adequate and cost-effective policies.
    • Oversee the handling Of claims, providing guidance and support to claims adjusters and ensuring timely and fair resolution.

    Requirement :

    Financial Analyst

    Responsibility :

    • Provide specialist financial and commercial advice to the operational team, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision-making and analysis.
    • Analyzing current and past financial data

    Regional Security Officer (East & West)

    Responsibility :

    • Implement and enforce security protocols to protect cargo, trucks, trailers, and depots.
    • Monitor fleet movement using GPS tracking, telematics, and real- time security systems.
    • Investigate and respond to cargo theft, hijacking, and unauthorized access incidents.

    Workshop Manager

    Responsibility :

    • To coordinate all workshop related activities and ensure availability of trucks.
    • Ensure workshop procedures & systems are known to all staff and strictly followed during repairs on vehicle as well as maintenance documentation.
    • Continuously monitor repair time & repair quality and ensure the KPI (MTTR & RFTR) targets are achieved.
    • Ensure customer focus-oriented culture among the team and maintain good relationships with customers.

    Warranty Manager

    Responsibility :

    • Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to streamline warranty claims processing.
    • Technical report to OEMs and Organization in a structured format, Interpret the data related to warranty claims, customer complaints, product failures, etc. Identify patterns, root causes, and potential solutions based on the analysis.
    • Monitor warranty claims submitted by dealerships, Locations ensuring compliance with company & OEMs policies and guidelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and quality assurance, to address recurring warranty issues.
