Scope of work 

• Conduct routine bridle flush for critical Production vessel equipment. 
• Support with routine online and offline flush of the hydro-cyclones (HP, Test and Treater de-oiling hydro-cyclones). 
• Carry out general housekeeping on deck, covering the main deck, topsides and machinery spaces. 
• Support cargo offload activities as required. 
• Assist with routine LACT Strainer cleaning. 
• Conduct as required chemical decanting and transfers. 
• Support isolation and de-isolation activities of production and utility equipment. 
• Assist with sample collections for laboratory analysis as required. 
• Identify and report unusual conditions within production facility. 
• Carry out operations routine duties within the machinery spaces on utilities and associated equipment. 
• Carry out activities assigned by supervisor or team lead. 
• Acknowledge, respond, to alarms and flag abnormal conditions observed. 
• Continue to improve individual capacity by continuous involvement in a mentorship program with assigned experienced operators. 
• Comply with the company tenets of operations and follow all written procedures and health safety and environment practices. 

Qualification

• Must have over 5 years' experience as a Production Operations Fitter or its related field.
• Relevant degree/certification.

Scope of Work

• Responsible for day-to-day operational activities, such as monitoring, startup and shutdown of process equipment etc.
• Optimize operational equipment such as compressors, pumps, FPSO tank related work, etc.
• Perform troubleshooting and first line maintenance on process equipment and cascades to the maintenance team for repairs through a workorder
• Identify and resolve operating deviations
• Acknowledge, respond to, and initiate corrections/actions to process alarms.
• Maintain reports; update system daily reports.
• Tracks and records the status of the equipment on the facility using the ORD tools.
• Communicates production problems and equipment repair requirements, as appropriate.
• Supports maintenance personnel with isolation & deisolation of equipment for repairs and startup.
• Assists in organizing and directing preventative maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Maintains work areas in clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Complies with all health and safety policies, procedures, practices and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualification

• Over 5 years' experience working as a Production Operation Technician 
• Relevant degree/Certification

• Sampling, analysis and determination of crude oil quality, Sediment & Water (S&W) of crude oil using ASTM D4006 & D4007 methods
• API determination using ASTM D287 method
• Density determination using ASTM D1298 method
• Reid Vapour Pressure using ASTM D323 method
• Sand count/analyses using volumetric method
• Total Oil & Grease (TOG) of produced water
• Water content in organic and inorganic compounds using Karl Fisher filtration method ASTM E203-96. Water content analysis in lube oil, hydraulic oil, glycol etc.
• Physicochemical and microbial analysis of potable water
• Water vapour in produced gas for injection quality control
• Hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide in fuel gas streams, Cargo tanks
• Cooling Medium and Heat Medium Analyses for various parameters including Total dissolved solids (TDS), Conductivity, pH, Total Iron, Sulphite HR, Nitrate & Molybdate Residual, Dissolved Oxygen, Residual Chlorine, Residual Elimin-Ox
• Potable water analyses for pH, Fe, free Cl, TDS, Conductivity, Hardness, Chloride, Coliforms, MPN & E.coli
•  And any other required sampling and testing of produced fluids and utility medium on the FPSO

Qualification

• Over 5 years' Experience working as a Laboratory Technologist in the oil and gas industry.
• Relevant Industry certifications.

• Exercise and greasing of Cargo tanks purge valves as required
• Exercise and greasing of Cargo tanks IG inlet valves as required
• Exercise and greasing of Cargo tanks Fresh air inlet valves as required
• Exercise and greasing of Cargo tank 3-way valves as required
• Support removal, carry out blinding and reinstatement of the methanol bunkering hose reel as required
• Support removal, carry out blinding and reinstatement of the Fresh water bunkering hose reel as required
• Support removal, carry out blinding and reinstatement of the Diesel bunkering hose reel as required
• Carry out Cargo tanks hatches opening, closing, and greasing as required
• Carry out Ballast tanks hatches opening, closing, and greasing as required
• Support pump room cleaning and Bilge draining as required
• Support tasks associated with Tanks entry preparation, entry and reinstatement as required.
• Carry out Cargo pumps physical isolation by way of Skillets insertion, removal, blind insertion or /and removal and support valve isolation as required
• Carry out Ballast pumps physical isolation by way of Skillets insertion, removal, blind insertion or /and removal and support valve isolation as required
• Carry out Dirty stripping pumps physical isolation by way of Skillets insertion, removal, blind insertion or /and removal and support valve isolation as required
• Carry out clean stripping pumps physical isolation by way of Skillets insertion, removal, blind insertion or /and removal and support valve isolation as required
• Carry out Cargo tanks physical isolation by way of Skillets insertion, removal, blind insertion or /and removal and support valve isolation as required
• Carry out Ballast tanks physical isolation by way of Skillets insertion, removal, blind insertion or /and removal and support valve isolation as required
• Carry out Methanol tanks physical isolation by way of Skillets insertion, removal, blind insertion or /and removal and support valve isolation as required
• Carry out Ancillary tanks physical isolation i.e. Diesel, Fresh water, Deck drain tanks etc. by way of Skillets insertion, removal, blind insertion or /and removal and support valve isolation as required
• Support and maintain work areas to be clean, safe for operations and tidy.
• Complies with all health and safety policies, procedures, practices, and regulations
• Performs other support duties as required 

Qualification

• Over 5 years' Experience working as a Fitter
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Exceptional mechanical skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Attention to duty
• General Knowledge of construction standards and safety procedures
• Experience as a Marine Fitter on ships is an added experience.
