    Marketing Manager

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and customer engagement, with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
    • Drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
    • Manage and oversee content, social media, advertising, public relations, partnerships, and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
    • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, brand management, and campaign analytics.
    • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
    • Experience within fintech, financial services, technology, or related industries is an added advantage.

    Content Creator

    As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging, informative, and high-performing content that strengthens our brand presence, drives audience engagement, and supports business growth across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital content, social media trends, storytelling, and has a strong interest in fintech, digital finance, cryptocurrency, trading, and payments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and publish engaging content across Jeroid’s digital platforms in line with brand and marketing objectives.
    • Develop content focused on fintech, cryptocurrency, digital payments, trading, and related services.
    • Produce written, visual, and video content including reels, short-form videos, educational content, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.
    • Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent content delivery.
    • Write captions, scripts, campaign copy, and other marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing, Social Media, Customer Experience, and Design teams to deliver effective campaigns.
    • Cover company events, interviews, testimonials, office culture, and behind-the-scenes activities.
    • Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and industry trends to improve results.
    • Support influencer campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and live content coverage.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
    • Strong video creation and editing skills.
    • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
    • Understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and audience engagement.
    • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience in fintech, finance, cryptocurrency, or technology-related content is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
