    Sales & Marketing Officer

    We are looking for articulate, confident, and sociable individuals who are passionate about events.

    Reporting to the Creative Director you will work jointly and alone as the situation requires in the delivery of marketing initiatives for the company.

    You will play an integral role in the company’s growth by helping to make the business more visible to potential new customers and develop new business opportunities through referrals.

    Job Description

    • Drive event sales reactively and proactively utilizing strong marketing skills.
    • Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book appointments with an emphasis on high-quality leads.
    • Develop creative pitches and propositions with the Creative Director aimed at specific industry sectors i.e. Banks, Hotels, etc.
    • Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities for the business.
    • Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients.
    • Increasing the value of current customers by up-selling additional services.
    • Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines.
    • Liaise effectively with other units to ensure client requirements are met.
    • Providing general information to clients on event packages, promotions, and features of different packages.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    The Person

    The ideal candidate should have/be;

    • OND in Marketing or a related field.
    • Proficient with MS Office
    • Solid understanding of owning the job (entrepreneurial skill)
    • Natural flair for sales with strong business sense to identify opportunities and develop robust business proposals.
    • A driven self-starter with bags of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for events.
    • Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
    • An outgoing personality, with the ability to network easily.
    • Hospitable, warm, and friendly with the ability to work well in a busy environment and under pressure.
    • Determined, Enthusiastic, and Achievement Orientated.
    • Live within the Victoria Island/ Yaba / Lagos Island/ Lekki - Ajah axis.

    Not more than 40 years old.

    Operations Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price-lists
    • Take inventory of purchases and maintain the same in-store
    • Manage store - monitor all company properties taken out for events and ensure that all are returned to the store.
    • Report if the properties were returned in good condition.
    • Liaise with the Creative Director to ensure the smooth running of the office.
    • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
    • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
    • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
    • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
    • Coordinate all event planning operations and ensure that external partners (DJ, waiters, and ushers) are sourced and available for each event.
    • Ensure all aspects of the events are approved before the day of the event.
    • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
    • Analyze the event’s success and document all issues that arose to ensure that they are corrected before the next event.
