    Account Manager

    Location: Ikotun, Lagos
    Responsibilities
    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies.
    • Book management and interpretation to drive business decisions.
    • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
    • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
    • Support in preparing financial statements and producing budget according to schedule
    • Provide input into the department's goal-setting process
    • Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
    • Supervise the activities of the subordinates.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or Finance.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in FMCG, distribution and Fin-Tech
    • Professional certification (ACA) or in-view is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP, QuickBooks)
    • Extremely good on MS EXCEL.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N250,000 / month.

    Administrative Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to lead and coordinate central administrative functions, including procurement, inventory control, asset management, logistics, and daily facilities operations.
    • The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and efficient support services across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    Procurement Management:

    • Oversee centralized procurement activities ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
    • Develop vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance.
    • Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with internal policies.

    Inventory Management:

    • Monitor and control inventory levels across all operational sites.

    Asset Management:

    Facilities Management:

    • Manage daily operations of the office and facility maintenance services.

    • Coordinate with service providers for repairs, utilities, and maintenance contracts.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
    • 5–7 years of relevant experience in administration or operations management.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control systems, and logistics planning.
    • Proficiency in ERP or inventory software is an advantage.
    • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and with attention to detail.

    Work Conditions:

    • Full-time role based at the central office with regular coordination across sites.
    • May require occasional travel to operational units and vendor locations.

    Salary
    N400,000 per month.

    Sonographer

    Location: Ikotun, Lagos

    Job Description

    • The Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations to aid in patient diagnosis and management.
    • This role involves using high-frequency sound waves to capture images of internal body structures, ensuring accuracy, patient comfort, and compliance with medical protocols and standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound imaging, including abdominal, obstetric, gynaecological, vascular, and musculoskeletal scans as requested by physicians.
    • Review and analyze images to ensure quality and accuracy.
    • Prepare patients for ultrasound examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
    • Position patients appropriately to obtain optimal images while maintaining professionalism.
    • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring it functions correctly and is calibrated according to standards.
    • Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to the appropriate quarters.
    • Work closely with physicians and radiologists to review findings and provide technical assistance during procedures.
    • Communicate effectively about patient conditions and imaging results to ensure timely.
    • Maintain accurate records of procedures performed, including patient details, scan results, and any abnormalities observed.
    • Adhere to Lab protocols for managing electronic medical.
    • Ensure that all procedures comply with local, national, and hospital standards, including patient safety and infection control.
    • Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology and relevant.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field with specialization in Sonography.
    • Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
    • Current registration with the relevant professional
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sonographer in a hospital or diagnostic setting
    • Proficiency in performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including advanced diagnostic
