    Junior Accountant

    Description of Responsibilities / Functions

    • Prepare the bank reconciliation monthly and submit reconciliation for final review to management.
    • Verifying all inputs into the ERP, checking all journal for correctness before seeking approvals, and ensuring free flow of bookkeeping activities.
    • Update all account payables schedule
    • Align with the NSM in respect of weekly debtor’s list and cumulative turnover

    Specific Targets / KPIs:

    • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual financial accounts for the Accounts Manager’s review and concurrence.

    QA / QC Supervisor

    Description of Responsibilities / Functions

    • In conjunction with the HOD, direct audit activities commensurate to the production schedules.
    • To support the HOD in review of the quality assurance policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
    • To interpret quality control system to people within the organization.
    • To assist the HOD in evaluating adequacy of quality assurance standards.
    • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.

    Utility Engineer

    Responsibilities / Functions

    • Ensure all utility and facility equipment are maintained in a “Safe to operate” condition at all times while promoting all aspects of safe working practices to meet all safety and housekeeping objectives of the plant.
    • To optimize the utilities for the Manufacturing process through provision of uninterrupted Power, Air, Cooling and Water.
    • To plan, organize and control Utility projects
    • Identify issues and opportunities for improvement through modifications and upgrades.

    • Ability to weld and use basic workshop tools (multimeter, grinder, driller, etc.)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensures profitable sale of specially chemicals
    • Maintaining business relationship with already existing clients of the company.
    • Carry out water analysis for prospective clients and generate report accordingly.
    • Execute field tasks e.g. descaling of unit of unit/deep cleaning.
