Key Job Roles:

• Keeping the Depot and offices clean and well arranged
• Arrangement of stocks in the depot
• Assist in receipt of products into the depot
• Assist in issuance of stocks for Customers and Distributors in and around the depot
• Monitoring the environmental conditions of the depot
• Monitoring of products expiry dates to ensure no stock expires
• Participate in weekly stock count exercise and reconciliation in the depot
• Ensure accuracy in loading and distribution of products from the Depot to all customers
• Accurate filing of documents of logistics and Supply Chain activities in the depot
• Any other duties as assigned by the Depot Officer or Logistics & Supply Manager

Key Job Roles

• Coordinate and give reports on the activities of Delivery Processing Officers
• Ensure daily supply planning is supported by prompt availability of trucks for Product Distribution
• Supervise the delivery of products to customers under special MoUs
• Supervise and ensure accurate filing of documents related to Delivery Processing activities
• Ensure effective route mapping and analysis of invoices for distribution to all Regions
• Track distribution and monitor vehicles in transit
• Collate, analyze, and report customers’ complaints
• Liaise with third-party logistics transporters for timely truck availability for distribution
• Ensure accuracy in loading and distribution of products from Warehouses for all Regions
• Liaise with the Finance Department on prompt payment to Haulage Partners
• Supervise tracking of all pending customers’ deliveries
• Identify supply operational gaps and initiate corrective actions
• Any other duties as assigned by the Logistics & Supply Manager from time to time
