    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Keep track of all financial transactions and produce accurate reports bi-annually, annually or as directed by management. (revenue/expenses budget, income statements, balance sheet. Cash flow statements etc.)
    • Provide financial advisory services including financial analysis, trends, forecast etc.
    • Ensure financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups as appropriate.
    • Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with standard financial regulations and hospital financial policy.
    • Carry out proper reconciliation of accounts and manage financial cash flow.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Computer savvy
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
    • Prior experience working with financial accounts
    • Critical reasoning skills
    • Ability to work under little or no supervision.

    Sales / Administrative Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operational activities of the company.
    • Effectively monitor and drive sales activities.
    • Set directives for various departments under your supervision and ensure they are met.
    • Oversee staff documentation and appraisal alongside MD.
    • Ensure all duties are carried out according to laid out procedures and guidelines.
    • Optimize operations and procedures to increase revenue.
    • Handle client complaints and ensure good customer experience for clients.
    • Attend to all facility maintenance issues.
    • Be ready to represent the company in public and ensure we are up to date with federal, state and local levies.
    • Send activity report to management as at when due.

    Requirements

    • M.Sc / B.Sc / HND in Business Management or relevant discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years professional work experience in similar position.

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent time management skill.
    • Tech savvy.
    • Attention to details.
    • Ability to navigate google workspace.
    • Knowledge of inventory management.

    Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer

    Job Description

    • Create and manage our social media and other online sales platforms.
    • Research on advertising trends and create effective advertising campaigns.
    • Decide on appropriate placement of ads
    • Create relevantcontents that would reach, engage and convert customers online.
    • Respond to online enquiries and engage clients for sale.
    • Create social media marketing plans.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Communications (or similar)
    • Minimum of 2 years’ professional work experience in an advertising, sales or similar position.

    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
    • Experience with content management.
