    Personal Assistant/Admin Officer

    Our client, the Managing Director of a RENOWED Law Firm is looking to employ a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the MD’s working / personal life and communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    • Handle requests and queries appropriately
    • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Take dictation and minutes
    • Travel with the MD as required
    • Attend to some personal errands of the MD
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
    • Devise and maintain office filing system

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • MS Office and English proficiency
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
    • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • B.Sc. / HND qualification. M.Sc. would be considered an added advantage
    • Must be willing to travel around Warri, Lagos and Abuja from time to time
    • Must be Abuja based

    Public Relations Manager

    Our client, a renowned construction company requires for immediate employment the service of a competent Public Relations Officer.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Liaise with the clients of the company
    • Build and maintain good relations with the Ministry of works and Housing
    • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
    • Manage PR issues.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
    • Background in researching, writing and editing publications
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Strong communication ability (oral and written)
    • Preferred age range is between mid 40s to mid 50s
    • B.Sc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
    • Exposure to the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing is an added advantage
    • Should be based in Abuja
