- 3 years FCMG key account or institutional sales experience
- Must have handled cooperate or structured retail accounts (not open market selling).
- Experience in physical goods (tissue, FCMG, beverages, food etc).
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Daily field reporting and structured weekly updates
- Target-driven with proven commercial discipline

- Must Understand Repeat Order Cycles and Distributor Relationships
- Ability to Work Independently With Minimal Supervision
- Daily Field Reporting and Structured Weekly Updates
- Target-driven With Proven Commercial Discipline
- Must Reside Within or Close to Assigned Territory
