    Customer Experience Officer

    • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
    • Participate in roadshows and market activation
    • Analysing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
    • Meet minimum number of daily outbound calls per hour and/or minutes on phone calls
    • Keep informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies.​
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Experience Manager

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business administration, or in a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience as a customer experience officer in a well-structured and process-driven environment
    • Experience gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
    • Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
    • Sound knowledge of data analytics for reporting
    • Excellent communications skills

    Facility Operations Manager

    • Conduct periodic unannounced property inspections on weekends, nights, and early mornings to determine the performance of key service providers, i.e. janitorial service, landscaping, security, technician/handyman services, etc.
    •  Effectively manage current Landlord/tenant relations and deal with the operational requirements as necessary.
    • Ensures the effective performance management of facilities contract services including; building maintenance, security, cleaning, waste management, stationery, environmental, and building consultancy services.
    • Involvement and input are required with the Portfolio Manager for the selection of service providers.
    • Assure full compliance of all service providers with property specifications and standards.
    • Responsible for daily inspection and supervising Preventive Maintenance plans
    •  Oversee the correction of maintenance issues that relate to the interior space and exterior of the building, as applicable
    • Manage property to identify, prevent, address, and eliminate all environmental, health, and safety issues.
    • Conduct regular periodic fire and life safety inspections.
    • Provide records destruction services as needed to protect proprietary information.
    • Monitor utility usage and make adjustments in usage patterns to minimize costs
    • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
    • Supervise all staff in the facility such as janitors, security services officers, gardeners, technicians, and external contractors
    • Conduct periodic property reviews to prepare and maintain plans for handling major storms, security risks, and other extraordinary events.
    • Maintain a liaison relationship with Landlords or Landlord Representatives.
    • Review and understand Leases.
    • Produce monthly reports, including an operations summary of completed and planned operations activity.
    • Execute other assignments as directed by the Lead Facility Manager or Category Manager

    Qualifications

    • B.Eng. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any other related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facility Manager
    • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
    • Proven experience working in corporate facilities
    • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
    • Sound reporting skills using advanced excel
    • Relevant professional qualifications e.g. IFM, PFM, IFMA, etc. will be an advantage.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of CMMS tools will be an added advantage
    • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
