    Accounts Officer

    Client: A Pharmaceutical Company

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Prepare, examine & maintain financial records, ensure records are accurate & taxes are paid as and when due
    • Review the financial operations of the business
    • Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
    • Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
    • Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
    • Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned
    • Make bestpractices recommendations to management
    • Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
    • Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals

    Education & Experience                          

    • HND/B.Sc. in Accounting
    • ICAN/ ACCA certified
    • 23 years’ work experience in similar role

    • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.
    • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
    • High level of adaptability
    • Good and working excel skill
    • Knowledge of record keeping & accounting principles

    Client Service & Operations Management Associate

    Requirements:

    • BSc degree in any field
    • 24 years’ client/customer service experience preferably with a banking background
    • CRM certified
    • Familiarity with Pharmaceutical products, services and pharmaceutical distribution operations will be an added advantage
