    Relationship Manager (Retail - Education)

    Job Description

    • The role holder isresponsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling digital bank products within the retail or education sector.
    • You maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned sector (Retail or Education).
    • Build a healthy pipeline of prospective High-Volume Merchants (HVMs), in the assigned sector and drive the execution of this strategy towards meeting and exceeding assigned targets.
    • Engage partners, resellers, and aggregators to strike business partnerships and drive growth in the different sectors and regions.
    • Perform sales activities (presentation, customer demonstration, prospecting)
    • Understanding the industry, business, and/or technology trends, price structure, and competitor strategies to make effective decisions and compromises.
    • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the company products to provide knowledgeable engagements to merchants, prospects, and clients both externally and internally.
    • Identify network opportunities, sales conferences, and events that would provide a positive impact on the sales bottom line in assigned sectors.
    • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
    • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and implement sales strategies that will further drive enhanced revenue generation for the business.
    • Work closely with the Product, Operations, and Support team to translate relevant data, feedback, and insights to actionable strategies that will drive sales and lead to the achievement of targets.
    • Negotiates contract and payment terms with clients, reviews and prepare tenets of agreements/MOU/NDA and works with the legal team to finalize and execute the contracts with clients.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of BSc in Business or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development and Relationship Management.
    • Experience in creating new accounts and mobilizing deposits in assigned sector
    • Experience as a relationship manager in a Bank, MFB or OFI.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.

    Agent Network Manager

    Job Description

    • The Agent Network Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned areas to deliver all commercial targets on agent, customer, merchant and revenue growth targets through effective development and management of a distribution network of agents

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve commercial targets set for all territories within the network. They include targets for active agent, transaction mix, transaction value, transaction volume and others as may be assigned.
    • Responsible for providing leadership by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, and competencies and sales values are developed to exceed revenue targets
    • Lead the field team to manage recruitment, activation and ongoing support of agents across the region.
    • Deliver on revenue targets for all products through agent-related and POS transactions.
    • Selection, training and ongoing performance management of regional staff. Focus on optimization of team performance, enhancement of morale and productivity.Drive collaboration with cross functional teams who support the activities of the agent network (Marketing, Product Innovation, Customer Service, Finance etc.)
    • Budgeting and accounting for utilization of regional funds, human and material resources, and other assets.
    • Ensure stakeholders’ compliance with regulatory requirements and Company standards
    • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual operational and management reports.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or a business-related degree
    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in sales or as a Field supervisor in a Fintech company
    • Must be able to work in a high-velocity, high performance environment.
    • Must be able to develop and communicate competitive landscape analysis.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

    Branch Manager

    Job Description

    • The Branch Manager will establish and maintain positive customer relationships towards the growth revenue of the bank, plan and deliver an effective marketing strategy and monitor the progress of new and existing products; as well as provide operational management support on a day-to-day basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare annual plans and strategies for deposit generation to enable Relationship Managers to achieve targeted objectives.
    • Monitor and assign targets to Relationship Managers to ensure effective focus on target achievement.
    • Develop and obtain approval for annual deposit mobilization plans and strategies for designated product ranges to enable achievement of targeted growth and profit objectives.
    • Monitor and control business office income and expenditure to ensure profitability.
    • Recommend the creation of risk assets to increase business office profitability.
    • Visit business customers and attending meetings.
    • Contribute to the effective launching of new products to ensure favorable market response and optimum build-up of revenue.
    • Facilitate establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Evaluate market research and competitor analyses to formulate marketing plans and strategies.
    • Assume overall accountability for branch expenditure on products and services such as the administration of deposit mobilization, consumer lending, current account transactions, overdrafts, credit cards and personal loans.
    • Maintain and acquire customer relationships to improve deposit liability growth and mix.
    • Provide strategic direction and operational support to employees.
    • Coach and motivate employees to effectively execute their day-to-day tasks to meet corporate targets and delivery objectives.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in any Social Sciences related discipline.
    • Minimum of 8 years relevant Relationship Manager experience with proven expertise in deposit mobilization.
