    Floor Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate must be responsible for delivering a transformational retail customer experience, building our brand one customer at a time and ultimately driving our business through sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences that reflect the brand’s values and drive sales growth.
    • Professionally manage and resolve concerns from irate or dissatisfied customers.
    • Engage showroom visitors, provide product information, and convert walk-ins to sales.
    • Address post-purchase issues and ensure swift resolution of customer complaints.
    • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

    Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

    Branch Accountant

    Job Description

    • As a Branch Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and supporting the branch’s financial health.
    • You will work closely with branch managers and the central accounting team, contributing to financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the branch, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
    • Reconcile bank accounts, monitor cash flow, and prepare balance sheets.
    • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
    • Liaise with branch management and central accounting team to analyze financial data and support business decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements at the branch level.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Counting of stock (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), stock reconciliation and sign off.
    • Preparation of daily sales report and reconciling with cashier and storekeeper registers
    • Monitoring of cash lodgments and other deposits to bank
    • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for various banks and flagging of lodgments not credited by customers or to suppliers.
    • Preparation of branch monthly payroll
    • Weekly preparation of imprest and imprest analysis report
    • Make audit returns - sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, tellers, etc.

    Monthly preparation of the following:

    • Inter branch supply - confirm that credits have been received by all branches releasing goods.
    • Maintenance and report on inter branch/head office current accounts to head office finance.
    • Confirmation of goods received from central warehouse or from hub warehouses.
    • Weekly stock count reconciliation and report submitted to audit, signed off by accountant and storekeeper.
    • Monthly preparation of GRN and the schedules for local purchases sent to audit.

    Required Experience / Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree(minimum of a 2nd Class Degree) in Finance, Accounting or any other related field (Membership of a recognized professional body i.e. ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Auditor to join our Head Office team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • This role will involve working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to strengthen governance, improve processes, and ensure operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carry out periodic audits of head office operations, branch activities, and business processes.
    • Evaluate internal control systems, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
    • Review and verify the accuracy of financial records, inventory management, and compliance reports.
    • Deliver timely and well-structured audit reports with actionable recommendations.
    • Ensure company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards are consistently adhered to.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of a 2nd Class Upper) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Membership or student membership of ICAN, ACCA, or a similar professional body will be an advantage.
    • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, or accounting.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high ethical standards and attention to detail.
