    Financial Planning Analyst

    Job Summary

    • The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP &A Analyst) is responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organisation.
    • This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analysing financial results, creating financial reports and presentations, and providing guidance to the QSR organisation on financial planning and analysis matters.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support the organisation in the planning and analysis of financial results.
    • Analyse financial results and make recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.
    • Create financial reports and presentations for senior management.
    • Provide guidance and advice to the QSR organisation on financial planning and analysis matters.
    • Monitor and analyse financial trends and provide insights to the QSR organisation.
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • Support the QSR organisation in meeting its financial goals and objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager

    Job Summary

    • As our Senior Human Resource Manager, you will have a strong background in Human Resource Business Partnering, coupled with extensive experience in various HR functions.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies and act as a trusted advisor to department heads on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Oversee full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding and develop and implement talent management strategies whilst conducting talent reviews and succession planning.

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field; Master's preferred.
    • HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, CIPM) highly desirable.
    • Minimum 8 years HR experience with focus on business partnering.

    Cleaning Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained across client facilities

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff.
    • Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understand proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
    • Inspect work areas for cleanliness and adherence to quality standards and manage inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed.

    Requirements
