    Finance Manager

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Ensure accurate and timely daily recordkeeping and accounting systems of all loan vouchers and assigned expense vouchers.
    • Reconcile and update accounts postings appropriately and promptly attend to
    • Financial report and analysis to advise on management performance
    • Reported reconciliation issues from the cashier and Accountant team.
    • Liaise with external parties on behalf of the entities managed
    • Perform other account analyses and reconciliations as may be required and participate in the month-end close process.
    • Finance team management, perform any other duty as may be assigned by Management
    • Responsible for bank account transactions (receipts and payments) and provide Bank daily reports.
    • Attended management meetings as delegated by the head of the department
    • Present departmental reports during management meetings where necessary
    • Supervise other subordinates in the financial transaction posting
    • Give financial advice on financial matters as at when due
    • Tax management and Administration of Managed Entities
    • Perform Monthly Banks reconciliation of Access bank accounts investigate and resolve discrepancies; ensure availability of bank reconciliation statements.
    • Ensure all transactions are captured in the financial reporting of the entities management, Account Balance, and Variance Report on end-of-month closing
    • Respond to HQ daily, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly reports and audits. Provide required documents and evidence (such as daily cash reports, copies of bank statements - softcopy and scan bank certified copy, scan bank certified half year bank statements, bank reconciliation tables, etc.)
    • Liaising with the Tax authorities on Tax Audit and Tax Correspondence
    • Monthly statutory remittances (WHT, VAT, etc.) and other business financial commitments.
    • Prepare journal vouchers for direct debit on the bank statement (debits other than regular expense with voucher e.g. bank charges) and direct credit on the bank statement (credit other than revenue.
    • Advise the company on the implications of existing and new government monetary
    • Provide professional advice for other teams and connect with CBN.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Banking and Finance, Accountancy
    • Possession of a Master's Degree or above is an added advantage
    • At least 4 years of management experience in any of the Fintech Company
    • Well-known Fintech finance experience
    • A Chartered Accountant such as ACCA, FCA, etc is highly desired

    Software Engineer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ability to work functionally with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
    • Ability to create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.
    • Demonstrate competency in a .Net developing and in building software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework
    • Writing functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects

    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • Our Company is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to establish and maintain strong business relationships with Agents, and distributors, facilitate bulk purchases of our products from organizations/entities, and explore new business opportunities in the Meter Vending Industry or Meter Asset Provider Industry.
    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for implementing and developing commercial and strategic relationships with vendors and external partners in accordance with the company’s business objective, strategic goals, and strategies.
    • Achieve all revenue goals for assigned coverage areas by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers, agents, and vendors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interest, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Develop proposals, letters, and quotations for both prospective clients and already existing clients.
    • Train personnel and help team members develop their skills, especially the entry-level staff into valuable salespeople in your team.

    Project Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
    • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third-party.
    • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver the project on budget.
    • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • B.Eng in Electrical Engineering and any other related engineering courses
    • Possession of an M.Eng is an added advantage
    • 5 to 6 years of experience in Meter Vending and the Energy Industry
    • Proven experience managing.
