• We are require the service of a non-profit Finance Manager to join their project team.
• The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the non-profit programmes.
• This includes Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Compliance and Financial Planning.
• He/She will also be responsible for managing relationships with donors, grantors and other financial partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all financial operations of our nonprofit project.
• Develop and implement financial strategies.
• Prepare and present financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with donors, grantors, and other financial partners.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning.
• Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the executive team to make financial decisions.

Education and Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience in a non-profit organization is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial management role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to non-finance persons.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
• Good team player.

Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
• Adhere to traffic rules and regulations at all times.
• Must be willing to drive within and outside the state
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to Drive professionally
• Candidate should reside around AGEGE, IKEJA, OGBA
• Good knowledge of Lagos road network.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
