Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and controls. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving financial efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditure to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement financial controls and risk management strategies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence, fostering community engagement, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social-media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
• Create engaging, high-quality content by working closely with our Design team (Graphics, Video, etc.)
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Effectively managing and growing the Feegor community across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven post-NYSC experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling.
• Have a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
