    Revenue & Unit Economics

    • Revenue Deep-Dives: Deconstruct revenue streams (Transfer Fees vs. FX Margins) to identify growth bottlenecks.
    • Unit Economics: Build and maintain a real-time monitoring framework for unit economics, tracking performance by transaction type, country, and customer segment.

    • CAC Efficiency: Rigorously track Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) to ensure marketing ROI remains within target margins.

    Financial Planning & Forecasting

    • Driver-Based Modeling: Develop and own the master financial model (Transaction Volume × Fee × FX Margin).
    • Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, utilizing scenario analysis to prepare for FX shocks, regulatory shifts, or competitive pricing changes.

    MIS & Performance Reporting

    • Dashboard Ownership: Own the weekly/monthly performance dashboards, providing visibility into:

    • Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CFA (or currently pursuing) is highly preferred.
    • Experience: 4–6 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Partnering, or Treasury Analytics within a FinTech or Cross-Border Payment firm.

    Technical Skills:

    • Advanced Financial Modeling: Expert in building complex, driver-based models in Excel.
    • Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize payment flows.
