Locations: Ota, Ogun state

Job Duties:

• Obtain daily production output of all product from production clerk
• Collect batch tracking record
• Analyze production records and report.
• Collect weekly production plan from Production Manager
• Visit the factory daily and pick other machine downtime records
• Input actual hours into work sheet and compare with budgeted hours.
• Visit the factory to confirm stock count and collect record sheet.
• Spool stock movement record from Sage for the review period.
• Input data into materials wastages excel sheet, compare issued and expected materials requirement.
• Monthly summary of all reports.
• Any other duty as assigned from time to time.

Qualification, Requirements & Skills:

• OND holder only in Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be well grounded in accounting packages i.e excel and ERP.
• Smart and intelligent
• Male preferably

Salary

• Monthly Take Home– N43,000

Our client, a reputable packaging company is looking to fill the role of Flexo Printing Machine Operator

Job Location: Agbara, Ogun State

Job Description

• Perform a complete set-up of printing equipment and gather materials needed in the printing process in an efficient manner.
• Determine and understand all order instructions and running of equipment productively while, meeting job requirements of accuracy of product and required attributes at a quality level that meets or exceeds our customer's expectations.
• Maintain production operation by following policies and procedures, which may include using basic computer systems, hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of the equipment, current machine processes and develop continuous process improvements that support the Lean and 5S philosophy and work environment.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Support operations and contribute toward team results by performing other production or related jobs as required
• Position may include other duties as assigned and determined by the company.

Requirements

• Min of B.Sc. / HND
• Min of 3-5 years of cognate experience as Flexo Printing Machine Operator
• Must have the knowledge of minor Maintenance, Flexible to work in Shifts
• Must have Paper Knowledge Ink Mixing, Stereo Mounting, Artwork, Trouble Shooting
