Field Sales Representative at Renda Logistics

Responsibilities

• Canvassing a specific perimeter on the Island / Mainland as assigned by your supervisor to onboard new clients for Renda Limited.
• Report to your supervisor daily.
• Onboard recruited clients.
• Assist with the development of strategies to source for clients
• Identify, build relationship with and manage clients expectations
• Provide timely, relevant and actionable reporting on market status regarding delivery and clients needs

Daily Target

• 250 Deliveries daily
• (Be assisted with social media and email format- achieve the target by onboarding business that offer at least 20 deliveries a day which means 13 businesses).

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years work experience
• Previous experience in sales preferred
• Lagos Island based applicants are encouraged to apply.

Payment Package

• N50,000 net (12,500 weekly).
• HMO.
• 10% commission on the company's profit per delivery completed to be paid at the end of the month once at least 60% of stated target is achieved.
