    Field Collection Agent (FCA)

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct door-to-door debt recovery and follow-up visits in assigned areas.
    • Communicate repayment obligations and negotiate suitable repayment plans with clients.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all visits, communications, and repayment outcomes.
    • Verify and assess debtor information (income, address, and asset status).
    • Prepare and submit timely field and progress reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
    • Promote and protect the company’s brand image and reputation during all engagements.

    Requirements
    Educational Qualification:

    • Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent (GCE O-Level).
    • OND, NCE, or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (Finance, Business, or Law) is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 1 – 2 years of experience in debt collection, customer service, or related financial field preferred.
    • Candidates without experience must demonstrate strong learning ability and resilience.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in using smartphones, GPS navigation apps, and basic office tools (Excel, Word).
    • Ability to calculate repayment figures and maintain accurate financial records.

    Personal Attributes:

    • High integrity and ethical standards (must comply with company and legal guidelines).
    • Good physical fitness for regular fieldwork.
    • Familiarity with local areas and community relations.
    • Must have no criminal record and be of good credit standing.

    Other Requirements:

    • Must provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate.
    • Must submit a Credit Report from an accredited Nigerian credit bureau.
    • Must undergo a recent medical examination to confirm physical fitness.

    Languages Required:

    • English (compulsory)
    • Proficiency in a local language such as Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an advantage depending on the region of assignment.

    Salary
    N150,000 Monthly Net.

    State Merchant Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit, onboard, and manage state aggregators and agent networks.
    • Drive POS deployment, management, and maintenance within assigned state.
    • Ensure revenue targets are achieved and maintain a 95% active agent base.
    • Oversee branding and visibility initiatives in line with company standards (PICOS).
    • Coordinate POS distribution, retrieval, and repairs in collaboration with the EUS team.
    • Ensure aggregators fund their agents promptly and maintain zero float balance.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for market penetration and growth.
    • Monitor and report competitor activities and propose counter strategies.
    • Ensure effective management of POSM materials to avoid damage or wastage.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
    • 2+ years of commercial or business management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or banking.
    • 1–2 years of experience in POS management or agency banking operations is an advantage.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to recruit, train, and manage aggregators and agents effectively.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic computer applications.
    • Must be performance-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Self-motivated with a passion for field operations and merchant acquisition.
