    Data / Business Intelligence Analyst

    Role Overview

    • The Data / Business Intelligence Analyst & Agricultural Planner will play a critical role in developing dashboards, driving analytics, and supporting agricultural planning and forecasting across the group.
    • This role combines data analytics, statistical modelling, and agricultural operations planning, supporting decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage agricultural dashboards and reporting systems (daily, weekly, monthly)
    • Consolidate and analyze performance KPIs across multiple subsidiaries
    • Conduct statistical modelling, forecasting, and trend analysis (yield, crop performance, inputs, etc.)
    • Support master agricultural planning and operations scheduling
    • Provide insights to support business decisions and operational efficiency
    • Build and maintain data pipelines and ensure data integrity and governance
    • Support planning of inputs (fertilizer, agrochemicals, labour, etc.)
    • Collaborate with field teams, GIS, R&D, and IT teams

    Requirements

    • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agro-Economy, or related field
    • Experience in the Agric Field and FMCG is a plus.
    • Strong experience in data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting
    • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
    • Good knowledge of SQL, databases, and data management
    • Experience with Python or R is an added advantage
    • Understanding of agricultural operations (oil palm, crops, plantation systems) is a huge plus

    Electrical Engineer

    Job Summary

    • The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, documentation, coordination, and execution of electrical systems across projects.
