    Business / Commercial Coordinator

    Role Overview

    • The Business / Commercial Coordinator will play a critical role in driving commercial coordination across key functions including Finance, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Banking relationships.
    • This role is responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, contract compliance, cost visibility, and seamless execution of business operations, while supporting strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate activities across Finance, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Banking partners
    • Ensure accurate order execution, cost tracking, and financial visibility
    • Manage and monitor commercial contracts and compliance
    • Drive bank relationship management and financial coordination
    • Prepare and present business performance reports and insights
    • Support budget planning and financial reporting processes
    • Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of operational and financial reports
    • Support overall business operations and performance management

    Requirements

    • 8–10 years’ experience in a commercial, business, or coordination role
    • Strong background in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments
    • Experience working across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales functions
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Tally or similar)
    • Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and contract management
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Professional certifications (CFA, CA, CMA, MBA) are an added advantage
