    Facility Manager

    Bradfield Consulting is a professional service firm created to provide human resource solutions for organizations of any size. 

     Our client is a leading law firm in Lagos. The firm therefore invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of a facility manager.

    Job Description:

    • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
    • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
    • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
    • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Allocating and managing space between buildings.
    • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
    • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
    • Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing.
    • Drafting reports and making written recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • BSc/BA Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
    •  2 - 3 years proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
    • MSc will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
    • MS Office and English proficiency.
    • Candidate must reside on Lagos Island

    Accountant

    Our client is a leading private hospital at Ikeja Lagos. The organization therefore invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of an accountant.

    Job Description:

    • Prepare Journal on all required transactions on daily basis and post to Genie Software.
    • Maintain the schedule of Hospital quoted & unquoted investment and present monthly report.
    • Maintain the schedule of other income (rental income & others) and present monthly report.
    • Maintain Asset Depreciation and disposal schedule and present monthly report and Fixed Asset.
    • Maintain General ledger on Genie Software.
    • Generates monthly Trial Balance.
    • Generate Income Statement P & L Account & Balance Sheet.
    • Prepares monthly Financial Statement & Budget
    • Carry internal check on all transactions.
    • Stock control & price ledger.
    • Ensure confidentiality of all official information and system password.
    • Ensure that all official equipment at your disposal are kept safe.

    Requirements

    1.  B.Sc. in related field of study
    2. ICAN certification
    3. Minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital setting.

    Marketing Officer

    Job Description:

    • Marketing of the Hospital Services to increase our clientele base and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure an effective indoor and outdoor marketing of the hospital.
    • Distribution of introduction letters to viable companies that can use the hospital. This can be achieved by follow-up, contacts with people that matter in these companies and booking appointment for the Group Medical Director.
    • Monitor Competitor Intelligence and Marketing in a way our services can be enhanced and promoted.
    • Advise management on the types of “PR” to clients and time interval of presenting such PR.
    • Advise management on strategies for advertising and marketing the hospital services to the public.
    • Monitor relationship between clients and the hospital as to how satisfied the clients are with the hospital services

    Requirements
