Job Summary

• We are seeking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our team and lead our online marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, and social media posts.
• Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance and ROI.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and conceptualize visulas based on requirements
• Present ideas, develop illustratons, logos and other designs using appropraite software
• Use appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in a relevant field
• Minimun of 2 years experience.
• Excellent Design skills and knowledge
• Excellent creativity skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Keen eye foe aesthetics and details
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or any related software
• Excellent communication, creativity and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
