    Executive Steward

    Role Summary

    • The Executive Steward will manage and supervise the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining, and private spaces in the home.
    • The Executive Steward ensures that the kitchen and dining equipment are properly maintained, all storage areas are properly arranged, and the quality of service provided meets the highest standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensures cleanliness standards meet established guidelines in the building
    • Organize the storage areas properly to ensure easy access to equipment and reduce the risk of accidents.
    • Manage and direct the activities of stewards and cleaners to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the kitchen and dining areas.
    • Ensure compliance with government regulations on cleanliness and hygiene standards in the public areas of the building
    • Maintain records of inventory, breakages, orders, and supplies and make recommendations for the purchase of new equipment or supplies as needed to management.
    • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure the work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to update staff on new cleaning and hygiene etiquette.
    • Supervise the loading and unloading of deliveries and check the quality of the delivered items to ensure consistency with orders.
    • Ensure that any problems that occur in the kitchen, dining areas, or living room are addressed and resolved quickly and efficiently.
    • Run errands for the principal and ensure his needs are met
    • Responsible for supervising all staff on the premises
    • Enforce proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc.

    Job Specification

    • A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a steward or personal assistant to a principal
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Must be excellently organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Must be able to work long hours and weekends as needed in a dynamic environment.
    • Male candidates are preferred
    • The candidate must be smart and enthusiastic
    • A friendly, polite, and courteous nature.
    • Strong customer service and team working skills.

    ELVS Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Coordination of the works with the ELV subcontractor and other stakeholders,
    • Manage the site coordination process to ensure that ELV services are delivered following the client's requirements and the respective design documents.
    • Coordinate with ELV and Electrical technicians for the cable containment installation.
    • Monitor and ensure ELV installation quality.
    • Coordinate ELV technicians and other sub-contractors on installation sequence and coordination issues.
    • Make implementation, fitting-out, testing, and commissioning for projects of Extra-low voltage electrical appliances
    • Control and supervise the implementation of some projects
    • Provide advice during the construction of the project and issue further notices, clarifications, and further design documents as necessary and for the duration of the project.
    • Provide weekly progress report
    • check the installed works with shop drawings and specifications,
    • Carry out other assigned tasks by the Line Manager

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any Engineering discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling Extra low voltage systems
    • Strong competence in all or some of the following: Design, Installation, Test and Commissioning, Repairs for CCTV, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems, Surveillance and Security Systems, Access Control, Lighting Control Systems, Pneumatic Tube Systems, BMS systems, Back Ground Music, PA systems, Structured Cabling, and all associated ELV systems.
    • Experience working in a facilities management company
    • Sound communication skills expressed verbally and in writing
    • Good leadership skills.
