    Executive – Operation

    Qualification

    • Graduate / Diploma in Shipping & Logistics

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience on same roll & responsibilities with Ship owning & ship manage company/ offshore shipping co.

    Key Skills

    • Knowledge of vessel certification
    • Documentation
    • Liaison with Ship owners / Class / Flag vendors
    • Good communication skills oral and written in English
    • Good knowledge of computer & use of software

    Job Description

    • Vessel certification . Monitoring and follow up with class / flag owners
    • Operation Inspection of vessel during port calls
    • Office file work and maintenance
    • Coordinate vessel arrangement during port calls
    • Arrange for Trail such as DP trail / class survey etc.
    • Carry out accident investigation.
