    Job Description

    • Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
    • Delivering packages to customers in a timely manner.
    • Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
    • Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
    • Interacting with clients in a professional conduct.
    • Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
    • Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.

    Trainee Accountant

    A reputable AUDITING FIRM is looking to fill the role of a TRAINEE ACCOUNTANT

    Job Location: Lagos

    Summary

    Trainee accountants work with senior accountants to develop their knowledge of the accounting industry and to gain practical experience at the start of their career. They are involved with tasks such as creating and sending out invoices, managing accounts, and tracking inventory. Most trainee accountants work full-time and may need to work overtime to meet deadlines at the end of the fiscal year or around tax periods, when monthly or yearly audits are carried out. This job is well-suited to people with strong numerical skills, the ability to retain objectivity with regards to confidential information, and who are able to follow instructions effectively.

    Responsibilities

    • Input income and expense entries into the accounting system that the organization uses.
    • Pay bills, create invoices for the company’s clients, and enter vendor invoices into the system.
    • Administering payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to keep records up-to-date.
    • Checking entries for accuracy and making the necessary corrections before filing the documents in the corresponding place.

    Bank reconciliations

    • Review and summarize client reports and have the opportunity to liaise with other departments at such meetings.
    • Perform administrative duties such as, helping with asset inventory, cost accounting, or payroll tasks.

    Business Development Executive (Female)

    Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
    • Ability to generate high sales and manage cold calls as appropriate within the geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
    • Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization and must have contacts with the IOC's
    • Research and build relationships with new clients and must have experience dealing with NAPIMS, NIPEX.
    • Set up meetings between client decision-makers.
    • Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
    • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
    • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle issues timely to a positive conclusion
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc. in Engineering/ Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 7+ years experience in upstream the Oil and Gas Sector as Business Development Executive
    • Experience in bid tendering
    • Must be able to speak any of the southeast or South-South Languages fluently.
