About the Role

• We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical / Instrumentation Facilitator to design and deliver engaging, hands-on training programs for engineers, technicians, and industry professionals.
• You will bring real-world field experience into the classroom, translating complex electrical and instrumentation concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning for participants at various skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training curricula covering electrical systems, control & instrumentation, power distribution, PLC basics, and safety practices.
• Facilitate classroom, workshop, and hands-on/practical training sessions for corporate and individual clients.
• Develop training materials, manuals, case studies, and assessment tools relevant to electrical and instrumentation engineering.
• Conduct competency assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
• Stay updated with global standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC) and industry best practices, incorporating them into training content.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and trainees.
• Support the consultancy in developing new training modules and improving existing content based on industry trends.
• Ensure all training sessions comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

Requirements

• B.Eng. / B.Sc.Degree  / HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field (M.Sc. is an advantage).
• Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably within oil & gas, power, or manufacturing sectors.
• Prior experience in a training, facilitation, or mentorship role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, instrumentation devices, calibration, panel wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (COREN, IET, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the use of instructional tools/technology for training delivery.
