    Executive Coach

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct confidential coaching sessions focused on leadership development, executive presence, strategic planning, and performance enhancement.
    • Partner with executives, senior leaders, and founders to identify goals, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized coaching plans.
    • Provide constructive feedback, insights, and accountability to support clients in achieving their objectives and overcoming challenges.
    • Utilize a variety of coaching techniques, assessments, and tools to facilitate growth and self-awareness in clients.
    • Collaborate with Talentsquare's team to identify and address organizational needs, trends, and opportunities for coaching interventions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, leadership best practices, and executive coaching methodologies to continuously improve coaching effectiveness.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience as an executive coach or leadership development consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with senior-level executives.
    • Master's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of leadership principles, organizational dynamics, and executive-level challenges.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
    • Certification in executive coaching from a recognized coaching institute or organization.
    • Experience working with diverse industries and cultures is preferred.

    What To Have

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with use of google suite applications for areas like proposal writing, pitch decks etc, CRM software (e.g.Folk CRM, Zoho CRM, Salesforce etc), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
