    Client Advisor (Business Development)

    Job Summary

    • Talentsquare is seeking a motivated and dynamic business development professional to join our team. This role is essential for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our consulting firm. As the Client Advisor, you will work to expand our client base and promote our services.
    • You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and engaging with potential clients. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to understand client needs will be crucial to your success in this role. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional who is eager to contribute to the success of transformative projects that shape the future of work.

    What We Expect

    • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
    • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that clearly communicate the value of Talentsquare's services.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client needs.
    • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

    PERFORMANCE METRICS

    • Lead Generation: Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Client Engagement: Maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
    • Proposal Success Rate: Achieve a high success rate in proposal acceptance.
    • Revenue Growth: Contribute to the overall revenue growth of the firm through successful client acquisitions.

    STRATEGIC ACTIONS

    • Regular Updates: Provide daily updates to the Managing Director on lead generation activities, client interactions, and proposal statuses.
    • Proactive Planning: Identify potential market opportunities and plan strategies to approach new clients effectively.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and market developments.
    • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

    What To Have

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with use of google suite applications for areas like proposal writing, pitch decks etc, CRM software (e.g.Folk CRM, Zoho CRM, Salesforce etc), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategies.
    • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
