    Executive Assistant

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for senior executives
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
    • Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents
    • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders
    • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deadlines
    • Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
