    Executive Assistant

    • The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to work under pressure, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
    • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO, take notes, and provide detailed feedback and updates.
    • Ensure follow-up actions from meetings are effectively communicated and executed.
    • Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO when required.
    • Coordinate internal and external engagements, ensuring efficient time management.
    • Must be able to drive to facilitate movement for meetings or other tasks as required.
    • Ensure timely transportation of the CEO or self for meetings and official duties.
    • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve administrative and operational challenges.
    • Research and prepare briefing documents, agendas, and other materials ahead of engagements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to drive, with a valid driver’s license.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
    • Ability to represent the CEO professionally in meetings.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Must be single to accommodate a flexible schedule when required.
    • Residing within or near the Yaba area is preferred for proximity to the workplace.

    Scrum Master

    Job Summary:

    • The company is looking to hire a resourceful Scrum manager who can effectively adopt agile principles and practices, foster efficient collaboration between teams, departments, and stakeholders to avoid misunderstandings, delays, and misalignments, improve transparency, and resolve blockers that may affect delivery on the job

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide coaching and mentorship to Scrum Teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding and effective implementation of agile principles and practices.
    • Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are conducted effectively and efficiently.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and the organization. Identify opportunities for enhancement and implement changes based on retrospectives and feedback.
    • Identify and address impediments that hinder the team's progress. Collaborate with other teams or stakeholders to remove organizational obstacles.
    • Foster a self-organizing and empowered team culture. Help the team take ownership of their work, make decisions, and continuously improve their processes.
    • Ensure transparent and effective communication between the development team and stakeholders. Keep stakeholders informed about progress, changes, and any impediments.
    • Track and report key agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time. Use these metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Identify and manage risks that may impact the successful delivery of the product. Work with the team and stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Actively promote and reinforce the agile mindset within the organization. Encourage a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and customer focus.
    • Ensure that relevant documentation, such as release plans, sprint goals, and retrospective findings, is maintained. Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across teams.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on agile principles, Scrum practices, and related topics.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects in an Agile environment.
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent Agile certifications is desired
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and related tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
    • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of software development practices and lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
