    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive
    • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business and personal information
    • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
    • Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff on behalf of the executive
    • Monitor and follow up on deadlines and tasks assigned to other departments
    • Maintain a well-organized filing and document management system

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in an executive or administrative assistant role
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism
    • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.

    Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
    • Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions are remitted timely (PAYE, VAT, pensions, etc.)
    • Assist in budget preparation and expenditure tracking
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with tax authorities when necessary
    • Support internal and external audits
    • Advise management on cost reduction and revenue improvement opportunities

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar accounting role
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail
    • Experience in retail or pharmaceutical sectors is a strong advantage.
