    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and handle correspondence.
    • Communication: Act as a primary point of contact, screen calls, respond to emails on behalf of the executive.
    • Information Management: Organize files, documents, and databases; conduct research and compile reports.
    • Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects, coordinate tasks, and track progress.
    • Gatekeeping: Control access to the executive, screen visitors, and filter incoming communications.
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
    • Problem Solving: Address issues, troubleshoot problems, and find creative solutions.
    • Relationship Management: Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and manage stakeholder relationships.
    • Prioritization: Help the executive set goals, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
    • Adaptability: Be flexible, handle various tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications and Skill Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc from a reputable institution
    • Minimum of 2 years in similar role
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
    • Female for gender balance

    Remunerations

    • N150,000 - N200,000 / Month
    • Annual Leave
    • Annual Leave Allowance
    • HMO
    • Pension Contribution
    • 13th Month Salary

    Agronomist

    Job Description

    • Routine Farmers visit.
    • Conduct farmers meeting and training session.
    • Awareness of Contec Global Agro Limited brand and product amongst the farmers.
    • Relationship management.

    Qualifications and Skill Requirements

    • Qualification - HND / BSc in Agriculture
    • Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in Agriculture.
    • Experienced in Organic farming
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
    • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
