    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
    • The Executive Assistant will be a key support to the CEO, actively involved in strategic business initiatives, and will ensure the seamless operation of the CEO's office in their absence or through delegation.

    Responsibilities
    Executive Support:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their calendar, appointments, and communications.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
    • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, meetings, and events.
    • Handle sales, marketing and client communication on behalf of the CEO and Company.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

    Property Management Support:

    • Assist in overseeing property management tasks, including client communications, lease agreements, and property inspections.
    • Collaborate with property managers or house masters to ensure the smooth operation of the apartments, including booking coordination and guest communications.
    • Monitor property maintenance and repair requests, ensuring prompt resolution.

    Administrative Support:

    • Manage administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
    • Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and organisational systems.
    • Handle calls and inquiries and/or direct them to the appropriate parties.

    Business Development Initiatives:

    • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships within the industry.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations for property management ventures.
    • Provide input and insights to the CEO on strategic decision-making.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organisation.

    Delegation and Decision-Making:

    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other employees within the company, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and projects.
    • Handle routine matters in the CEO's absence and make decisions on their behalf when necessary.
    • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through to completion.

    Meeting Coordination:

    • Coordinate and organise meetings.
    • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
    • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with all necessary materials and information.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
    • Prior exposure to property management activities is an added advantage
    • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with precision.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 / month.

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our brand's online presence to new heights.

    Job Summary

    • As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand's visibility, engage our audience, and drive sales conversions.
    • While this role doesn't involve content creation (videography or photography), you will collaborate closely with content creators to bring your vision to life.
    • This is a primarily remote, full-time role based in Lagos. However, physical presence will be required during intervals.

    Audience Engagement:

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Marketing and Campaign Management:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, product updates, and promotions for social media campaigns
    • Use your understanding of our business to seek out new opportunities to increase our media presence and engagement.
    • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and sales conversions.
    • Write clear and appealing copies for digital marketing ADs

    Brand Consistency:

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and voice across all social media platforms.
    • Uphold brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive online presence.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
    • Solid knowledge of SEO, Keyword research and Google Analytics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

    Salary
    N80,000.00 - N100,000.00 per month.
