    Enterprise Sales Executive

    Job brief

    • We are looking for a high-performing Snr. Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
    • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospecting for new sales and opportunities
    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
    • Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Proven working experience as a project administratorin the information technology sector
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

    Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network
    • Discover problem areas which could negatively impact system performance or customer satisfaction
    • Pro‐actively monitor network and system performance.
    • Analyze traffic data and trends and escalate areas of concern to the network design authority.
    • Escalate problems to third level support (Problem management team) where these cannot be resolved within the Network Operations Centre (NOC).
    • Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network.
    • Perform network surveillance 24/7, respond to network‐reported and customer‐reported problems
    • Take ownership to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Manage problem resolution using network monitoring/management tools
    • Monitor key suppliers service levels and highlight where Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are not being met.

    Education and Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree / HND in Computer Engineering / Telecommunications
    • Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
    • Capable of making solid, fact-based decisions under pressure.
    • Ability to work well in an international, multi-cultural, and high-pressure technical environment.
    • Technical experience in a telecommunications or network operations environment.
    • Very Good understanding of wireless communications Technology
    • Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification.
    • Knowledgeable to Manage Cisco switches
    • Interested candidates must be able to work on a 24/7 shift Rotation.

    RF Rigger

    Description

    • A Telecom Rigger responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications infrastructure like cell towers and antennas.
    • The role involves physical work at heights, adhering to strict safety protocols, installing equipment like antennas and cables, conducting site surveys, and troubleshooting faults to ensure optimal network performance.

    Key responsibilities

    • Installation: Mount and install antennas, cables, and other equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures.
    • Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is working correctly.
    • Repair: Troubleshoot and fix issues with installed telecommunications hardware.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) while working at heights.
    • Site Readiness: Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, materials, and site activities.
    • Equipment Alignment: Accurately align antennas to ensure optimal signal strength and network coverage.

    Key skills and Qualifications

    • SSCE / Diploma in Engineering or other related Course.
    • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in wireless telecommunications industry (Cellular/Microwave…)
    • Physical endurance and ability to work at heights.
    • Strong understanding of safety protocols for working at height and with rigging equipment.
    • Technical skills related to telecommunications infrastructure and installation.
    • Ability to work with specialized tools and equipment.
    • Physical fitness and climbing skills.
    • Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers and technicians.
