Job Description

• Prepare/design Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or Piping Systems and Specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare HVAC and/or Piping Construction Drawings using AutoCAD MEP or Revit for design and modeling systems.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE and other standards is an added advantage.
• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum of 8years experience.
• Must have NSE and COREN Certification.

Job Descriptions

• Prepare/design Electrical building services engineering systems – Power, Lighting, Low voltage, etc Systems and Specification.
• Prepare/design Data/Voice, UPS System, Security, CCTV and Access Control system

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of NERC and IET Wiring Regulations.
• Ability to use AutoCAD MEP or Revit for design and modeling systems.
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with
• Minimum of 8years experience.
• Must have NSE and COREN Certification.

Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill Requirements

• Will be trained in Mechanical or Electrical Building Systems Engineering designs and CAD modelling for a contract period of 12 months. They will also be assigned practical tasks to reinforce their training.
• Permanent employment will be selected from those who satisfy management criteria after the
• employment contract exams.
• Successful completion of NYSC Scheme and Certification.
• B.Sc. Degree Qualification in Engineering (Minimum Second Class Upper)
