    Mechanical Engineer

    Job Summary

    The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of mechanical systems for building and infrastructure projects with occasional site visits. This includes HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical services, ensuring all designs are efficient, compliant, and aligned with project requirements. 

    Key Responsibilities

    Design

    • Develop mechanical designs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems 
    • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD or relevant tools 
    • Perform system sizing and calculations (cooling loads, pipe sizing, duct sizing, etc.) 
    • Prepare design reports, specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ) 
    • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ASHRAE, BS, NFPA, local codes) 
    • Coordinate designs with electrical, structural, and architectural teams 

    Technical & Coordination

    • Review design drawings for accuracy and compliance 
    • Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives 
    • Participate in design review meetings and technical discussions 
    • Provide technical input during project planning and execution 

    Site Support

    • Conduct periodic site visits to ensure proper implementation of mechanical designs 
    • Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on site 
    • Review contractor submissions and materials for compliance

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical design (consulting experience preferred) 
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant mechanical design tools 
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems 
    • Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, and local standards 
    • COREN registration is a MUST

    Electrical Engineer (Design & Supervision)

    Job Summary

    The Electrical Engineer (Design & Supervision) will be responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of electrical installations across building and infrastructure projects. The role ensures that all electrical systems are designed and executed in compliance with applicable standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design

    • Develop electrical designs for power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and ELV systems 
    • Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and calculations 
    • Carry out load analysis, sizing of cables, transformers, panels, and related equipment 
    • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IEE, IEC, BS, and local regulations) 
    • Coordinate electrical design with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines 
    • Prepare design reports, specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ) 

    Supervision

    • Supervise electrical installations on site to ensure compliance with approved designs 
    • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks 
    • Monitor contractor performance and progress against project timelines 
    • Review materials and installation methods for compliance with specifications 
    • Resolve site-related electrical issues in collaboration with project teams 
    • Prepare site reports, progress updates, and snag lists 

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical design and site supervision 
    • Strong knowledge of electrical building services and installations 
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software/tools 
    • Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEE, BS Codes)

    Structural Design Engineer

    Job Summary

    The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, and documentation of structural systems across the company’s projects. The role requires delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs while aligning with company quality management systems (QMS), project timelines, and client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop structural design solutions for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. 
    • Prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, and reports in line with company standards. 
    • Use approved engineering software (AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro) for analysis and design. 
    • Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes (BS, Eurocodes, ACI) and internal QMS procedures. 
    • Review and validate design outputs before submission for internal and client approval. 
    • Collaborate with Architecture, MEP, and Business Development teams to support project delivery. 
    • Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and client presentations where required. 
    • Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure alignment between design intent and execution. 
    • Identify design risks early and propose cost-effective and practical solutions. 
    • Support value engineering initiatives to optimize material usage and project cost. 
    • Maintain proper documentation in line with ISO/QMS requirements (design logs, revision tracking, approvals). 

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s is an advantage). 
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in structural design within a consulting firm. 
    • COREN registration is a MUST. 
    • Strong working knowledge of structural design standards (Eurocodes, BS, ACI). 
    • Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD. 
    • Experience working within structured quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar) is an advantage.
