    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Food Control Officer to oversee and maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across our retail operations.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure that all food products—both fresh and packaged—meet regulatory, company, and consumer standards from receipt to display.

    • Conduct routine checks on suppliers and received goods to ensure quality compliance.
    • Oversee cleaning and sanitation procedures in food handling areas.
    • Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and recommend corrective actions.
    • Maintain proper documentation of inspection findings, temperature logs, and compliance reports.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Solid knowledge of food hygiene regulations and quality control procedures.
    • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

    • Must reside within or around Lekki / Victoria Island.
