    Electrical Panels Workshop Supervisor

    • The Electrical Panels Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the electrical panel manufacturing workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality production, and full compliance with safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of technicians and electricians, ensuring smooth workflow from mechanical assembly to final testing and delivery.
    • Technical Supervision: Review electrical drawings and schematics; oversee panel assembly, wiring, troubleshooting, and testing processes.
    • Quality & Safety: Enforce company and industry standards; perform quality inspections and testing; ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
    • Inventory & Coordination: Manage workshop-level inventory of parts and tools; coordinate with the Design and Procurement teams to ensure material availability and workflow continuity.

    Requirements:

    • Strong technical knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, and electrical schematics.
    • Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
    • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

    Senior Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the sales of our diesel and gas generator portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic hunter with a proven track record in B2B sales, capable of identifying high-value opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and closing complex deals. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to after-sales support, focusing on key sectors such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Construction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Strategy & Business Development:

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for diesel and gas generators.
    • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and tracking progress in the CRM system.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to position JMG's offerings effectively.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, Project Managers, Facility Managers) in target industries.
    • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to understand their power requirements and propose tailored generator solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

    Technical Solutioning & Proposal Development:

    • Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to design optimal power solutions (sizing, fuel type, automation, etc.) for client projects.
    • Prepare and present detailed technical and commercial proposals, including specifications, pricing, and commercial terms.
    • Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients and at industry events.

    Negotiation & Deal Closure:

    • Lead contract negotiations, addressing technical and commercial concerns to secure profitable deals.
    • Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and client expectations.
    • Facilitate a smooth handover to the project execution and after-sales service teams upon order closure.

    Market Intelligence & Reporting:

    • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
    • Represent JMG at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Essential:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically selling diesel and gas generators or heavy electro-mechanical equipment.
    • Technical Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of generator sets, including their components, operation, and applications (prime, standby, continuous power).
    • Knowledge of power systems, load calculations, and integration requirements (ATS, Synchronization Panels).
    • Familiarity with the comparative advantages of diesel vs. gas generators.
    • Sales Acumen:
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed multi-million Naira/Dollar sales targets.
    • Proven experience in managing the entire sales cycle for high-value, long-sales-cycle projects.
    • Exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, and contract management.
    • Industry Network: An established network of contacts within key sectors like Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telcos, and Construction in the region is highly desirable.
