    Electrical Engineer (Water Treatment Plant Experience)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work independently for overseeing the electrical aspect of projects.
    • Coordinate with the project team and engineering contractors during the FEED, EPC, construction, commissioning to Operation phase of the project.
    • Review projects, electrical system design and detailed engineering documents provided by FEED or EPC contractors, provide comments, and ensure resolution.
    • Will report to Lead electrical Engineer and Project Manager.
    • Manage direct reports including managing work allocation, training, mentoring, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
    • Maintain an overview over the entire technical delivery ensuring that all scope is appropriately covered and that all parties clearly understand their requirements and their interfaces with others.
    • Ensure a formal and disciplined technical communication protocols by establishing and maintaining an RFI, Technical Concession and Change process with a live tracking register.
    • Provide input/ establish internal company policies and procedures and ensure implementation.
    • Ensure the safety responsibilities for this position are carried out.
    • Participate in HAZOP, QRA, HAZID & HSEIA
    • Advise the Supervisor ahead of issues becoming critical and provide recommendations to improve these issues.
    • Provide appropriate guidance as necessary with regard to local legislation, codes and standard and technical requirements.
    • He shall have the personality and drive to manage independently and direct and guide the team to achieve the Project objectives. In addition, he must be assertive and firm in dealing with FEED Engineering, EPC contractors and other service provides while exercising absolute control on the work.
    • Good exposure in Electrical substation engineering /construction works/ commissioning works.
    • Good Exposure in High voltage Transformers engineering phase /construction phase/commissioning phase.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
    • 10 + years related experience in Process plant electrical design and analysis.
    • Experience in large scale green field in petrochemical & Refinery plants.
    • Experience in Concept to Commissioning total project life cycle.
    • 10+ Years related experience in Petrochemical plant electrical system specification, selection, construction, commissioning, and maintenance.
    • Coordinating with FEED/ EPC Engineering Contractor’s electrical team in electrical system design and detailed engineering for petrochemical projects
    • Ability to review FEED/ EPC engineering contractor’s design and engineering documents related to electrical system. Ability to work independently providing necessary inputs in setting policy, and establishing work methods.
    • Through with design codes and standards.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Confidence to deal with individuals at all levels in the organization.
    • Proven conflict resolution skills.
    • Good exposure in Electrical substation engineering /construction works/ commissioning works.
    • Good Exposure in High voltage Transformers engineering phase /construction phase/commissioning phase.
    • Hands on experience in electrical instruments like Meggar etc,

    Civil Engineer (Water Treatment Plant Experience)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the design and building of large construction projects, including roads, bridges, sewerage systems, pipelines and buildings and prepare project plans, inspect designs, and manage budgets and resources.
    • Manage a team of Engineers who are responsible for overseeing project construction activities.
    • Coordinate with the project engineering team during the FEED, EPC stages regarding the project construction aspects.
    • Will report to project manager.
    • Provide direction and leadership to the Project Engineers.
    • Responsible for production of deliverables, which may include engineering support to design calculations, specifications, procedures, analysers, progress reports, bid evaluation, study report and various 3rd party submissions or contractors’ submissions.
    • Performs inter -discipline& discipline QA/QC and engineering compliance checks on all work performed by themselves or Junior engineers within group.
    • Understands company requirements; identifies and addresses design parameters and problem; develop and implements solutions. Independently evaluate, organize and priorities work which normally subject to internal checking and approval, interface with other project specialist and Lead engineers.
    • Manage direct reports including managing work allocation, training, mentoring, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
    • Identify resource needs and deploy (internal & external) to ensure appropriate support.
    • Maintain an overview over the entire technical delivery ensuring that all scope is appropriately covered and that all parties clearly understand their requirements and their interfaces with others.
    • Ensure a formal and disciplined technical communication protocols by establishing and maintaining an RFI, Technical Concession and Change process with a live tracking register.
    • Ensure that all construction activities are planned and executed in time to avoid project delay.
    • Interacting with various vendors and scheduling their site visits for the construction of various equipment and system.
    • Ensure the safety responsibilities for this position are carried out and ensure zero accidents during the project.
    • Advise the Project Manager ahead of issues becoming critical and provide recommendations to improve these issues.
    • Provide appropriate guidance as necessary with regard to local legislation, codes and standard and technical requirements.
    • He shall have the personality and drive to manage, direct, and guide the team to achieve the Project objectives. In addition, he must be assertive and firm in dealing with various discipline Engineer, vendors, contractors, and other service provides while exercising absolute control on the work.
    • Evaluate the contractors survey reports.
    • Review the documents of the design calculations of structural, civil foundations etc

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil.
    • 10 - 15 years related experience in design and construction of process plant/water treatment plantas Civil Engineer
    • Experience in large scale green field in petrochemical plants, water treatment plant andRefinery plants
    • Experience of coordinating with project engineering team during FEED and EPC stages.
    • Experience of coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors during construction stage.
    • Ability to work independently, setting policy, and establishing work methods.
    • Proven ability to manage results through others.
    • Familiar with design codes and standards and 3D models
    • Previous experience leading an engineering team and managing staff remotely.
    • Strong coaching skills, leadership abilities, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Confidence to deal with individuals at all levels in the organization.
    • Proven conflict resolution skills.
    • Understands company requirements; identifies and addresses design parameters and problem; develop and implements solutions.
    • Independently evaluate, organize and priorities work which normally subject to internal checking and approval, interface with other project specialist and Lead engineers.

    Land Surveyor (Water Treatment Plant Experience)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking to hire a Land Surveyor who will be responsible for carrying out survey works such as laying out, setting out works, checking elevation and coordinates, calculates varous area/volume, etc. to provide all required data to Site Manager to execute site works in line with project HSE guidelines and specifications.

    Responsibilities

    • Taking measurements of distances and angles on a property or section of land in order to establish legal boundaries.
    • Employing specialized equipment, including distance measuring wheels, GPS, and geographic information system (GIS) devices to measure boundaries and contours.
    • Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements.
    • Marking and delineating boundaries and reference points on a property or section of land.
    • Researching and consulting historical maps and surveys, as well as legal documents, relating to the property or section of land they are measuring.
    • Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.
    • Presenting data to clients and preparing reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information.
    • Collaborating and working with project managers, construction crews, and government agencies, when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, Geophysics, or a related field.
    • 10 - 12 years of work experience under a licensed Professional Surveyor
    • Valid P.S. license.
    • Experience using hand surveying tools (distance measuring wheels, plumb bobs, levels) and electronic surveying tools (transit levels, GPS equipment).
    • Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to review FEED/ EPC contractor’s design and engineering documents related to mechanical system including static and rotating equipment’s.
    • Through with design codes and standards.
    • Experience in HAZOP and 3d Model and maintainability reviews.
    • Strong coaching skills, leadership abilities, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
