Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on voltage circuits and electrical systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Performing Direct Online connection and Delta and star delta connection
• Repair and replace faulty wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform installation and testing of electrical power plant equipments, transformers, circuit breakers, relay control panels, distribution lines and auxillary equipment.
• Install new voltage electrical systems and components as required.
• Read and interpret electrical control schematic diagrams to diagnose issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to electrical maintenance and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
• Report any major issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification
• 3 - 5 years experience working as an Electrician or Electrical Engineer.
• Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting low voltage electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical control principles and familiarity with electrical control schematic diagrams.
• Good Knowledge of electrical control components such as switches, relays, contactors and sensors.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities
Civil Works Monitoring:

• Oversee and coordinate all civil works projects, including construction, renovation, and maintenance.
• Ensure that all civil works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Estates Management:

• Manage the overall administration and operations of the company's estates.
• Ensure that all estates are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to meet the operational needs of the estates.

Garden Beautification:

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of garden beautification projects.
• Ensure that the gardens and landscaped areas are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
• Coordinate with landscaping contractors and internal teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Administrative Functions:

• Manage administrative tasks related to the estates, including budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
• Ensure that all administrative processes are efficient and compliant with company policies.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Safety and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for all estates and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing estates management.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on estates management, maintenance, and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all estates-related activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving estates operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Estate Management or a related field (preferred).
• 4-10 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and driver management.
• Strong knowledge of Facilities management, Estate management and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
