    Role Overview

    • To spearhead the engineering, design, configure, commission, and troubleshoot intelligent generator control and power management systems

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, program, and commission advanced AMF, ATS, and synchronization control panels (Deep Sea, ComAp, SmartGen controllers).
    • Troubleshoot deep-level electrical faults, industrial electronics, and sophisticated PLC programming structures.
    • Interpret electrical drawings and commissioning procedures.
    • Support panel design and automation integration.

    Required Profile & Qualifications

    • B.Eng ./ HND in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
    • Minimum 4 years relevant industry experience.
    • Experience with controller systems.

    Sales Manager (Diesel / Gas Generator)

    Role Overview

    • Responsible for managing end - to - end sales execution, client retention, and long - term energy solutions partnerships

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive end - to - end sales process from prospecting, technical engagement, pricing, negotiation, to deal closure.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for diesel and gas generator solutions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, distributors, and corporate clients.
    • Coordinate with engineering and after - sales teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to improve positioning.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    Required Profile & Qualifications

    • Degree in Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, or related field.
    • 3 – 5+ years proven experience in industrial sales of diesel and / or gas generators (e.g., Perkins, Cummins, Baudouin, FG Wilson, etc.).
    • Strong technical understanding of generator systems and industrial power applications.
    • Established network within relevant B2B sectors is a strong advantage.
